All our orders ship for free, with no minimum purchase.

We currently ship to the following countries: Spain, Mexico, Colombia, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Poland, Netherlands and Belgium. If your country isn't on this list, we're unable to ship there at this time.
Estimated delivery times
- Spain: 7-15 days
- European Union (France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium): 7-15 days
- United Kingdom: 10-18 days
- United States: 10-18 days
- Mexico: 10-20 days
- Canada: 10-20 days
- Colombia: 12-22 days
- Australia: 12-25 days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to reasons beyond our control, such as customs, carrier issues, or peak demand periods (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can check the delivery status at any time.
International shipping
Please note that:
- For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or customs fees may apply. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the product price or the free shipping.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
Undelivered or lost orders
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at aliviafemsupport@gmail.com with your order number so we can look into it with our carrier before offering a solution (reshipment or refund, as appropriate).
Circumstances beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure: extreme weather events, strikes, customs issues, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
